After a great engagement session a few years ago, we came back to their favorite spot to toast to their anniversary in the early morning.
Taking a break from wedding planning, we explore the family yard, which had a great view of the hillside. We mix a little casual, with a little vintage, with a little formal for their engagement photos. And why not? We took a cool vintage chair outside and just enjoyed the start of fall in the area. After walking around the yard, enjoying the benches (I love that area), we moved onto a formal photo. This was a tribute to the grandparents formal photo from decades ago, and we thought it’d be nice to try and match it a little bit.
We chose a few portraits to help them prepare for their new apartment, as if wedding planning alone isn’t stressful enough. I had to wish these 2 the best of luck with everything.
