Last year, we weren’t able to show off the 2014 Hoboken race due to an awful lightning storm that came through just as the race was about to start. This year has the same threat, but luckily held off, and actually cooled down a little bit just in time for the 2015 5K race. I’ve been volunteering for Party With Purpose for a few years now and love seeing many of the same faces both racing and volunteering. It’s a wonderful time, and I really hope anyone reading this considers next year’s race as well.
Below is a summary video I put together for them to share. If you’re on Facebook, head over to the full 2015 Party With Purpose Hoboken 5K gallery to find and tag yourself or anyone you know you ran it. A first for me this year was a runner deciding to use me as a hurdle when I was kneeling by the Hoboken mural near 4th Street and Sinatra Drive.
